Our Core Values
Child Targeted
We want to look through the eyes of children and discover what
will help them grow and mature in their relationship with Christ
based on their age and stage in life. We want lessons presented
in ways that capture children where they are. (1st Cor 9:22)
Safe
We want programming and events to be physically,
emotionally,
and spiritually secure and healthy for children. (Mark 10:14)
Relevant Teaching and Application Oriented
Messages that are presented need to answer the
questions: “So what?” What does this story or this
concept mean to these children? How does it affect their every
day lives? (Psalm 119:11)
Creative Teaching of the Bible
We want our teachers to make the stories come alive
to the children.
We want volunteers who thrive on thinking outside of the box.
Intentionally Shepherding in Small Groups
We want a small group of children to connect with
each other
and with adults. (2nd Tim 2:2, Acts 2:42-47)
Fun!
If we do not have fun children will not come back
and they will not
bring their friends. We want Sundays to be the best hour of their
week!
