Invitation to Serve Tutorial
When you have been scheduled to serve on the Guest Experience Team for a particular Sunday, you will receive an invitation in your email from us. This short tutorial guides you through this simple process. It is very important that you accept your invitation. That will let us know your spot is filled.

HOW TO CHECK-IN
We ask all of our volunteers to check in each time they serve. Check-in allows us to track who volunteers, when and how often. This information is very valuable to us to make sure we have the team capable of serving our guests well. Check-in is very easy. Just follow these simple steps and you will be on your way to making a difference.
-
The check-in iPad is on the counter in Host Team Central (first room on the right past the Guest Services Desk in the main lobby)
-
Type the last four digits of your phone number on the iPad and select "search".
-
The printer will print your personalized name tag.
-
Grab a "Welcome" lanyard out of the bucket next to the iPad and you are ready to go.
